I dream in black and white,
The color of my life,
No in betweens,
No greens, No blues,
No hues,
Strict rules,
You said yes, I said no,
My prose…I chose,
And chose,
I dream in black and white,
Evolution,
De-volution,
Intuition,
Re-ignition,
I said yes, you said no,
My prose…I chose,
And chose,
I dream in black and white,
I drove higher than life would allow,
I made my vow,
I screamed aloud,
But my words fell on deaf ears,
It was then that revealed my fears,
He said yes, She said no,
My prose…I chose,
And chose,
I dream in black and white,
I took everything you brought,
I took everything you thought,
Your words,
Your smile,
Your eyes,
Your lies,
Your needs,
Your fears,
Wrapped them up,
Boxed them up,
We said yes, no one said no,
My prose…I chose,
And chose,
I dream in black and white.
