Happy Mother’s Day
Quick, it’s Mother’s Day, and my Mom’s day.
I’m very lucky, and have my mother. I can tell how much she loves me by how she looks at me, and our real conversations as of late.
I hate not knowing, and not having control of things (this applies to much more than I can say, and much that people may think they know, but don’t really)
Bits and pieces of happiness, are not that substantial in the end.
I love communication, it is key.
You have choices: stick to the choice you made fully; amend your choice, but stick to the nature of said choice; go back to the old, but don’t be surprised by the same results.
Talking things out, may help a situation, however it also calls it into being.
Sometimes wholesale changes are needed.
Thanks for friends.

The manuscript Blue Lines is the fictional coming of age narrative of a young California woman Key Yemaya Walker, and her 2 year growing journey through school, love, and life period piece, written by Kenneth Suffern, Jr., taking place at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between the years of 1997 – 1998. Loosely based on true events, and experiences during that time, told through the eyes and voice of the main female protagonist, a freshman first attending the school.
