I started this, and it took some transitions. Writing is kind of different now, so I just powered through to finish it. Turned out very differently, and a single interuption changed it. Enjoy.
Your taste on my breath,
Your breath on my lips,
Your scent on my chest,
A sweet lavender mixed with,
Something…you
My face on your mind,
Lips pursed with my taste,
My warmth makes you safe,
A faint scent of vanilla mixed with,
Me,
The arch of your back, blessed my soul,
We forgave ourselves in embrace,
Your dark distant eyes, blessed my soul,
Your youthful demeanor, your face,
Your sound came and blessed my soul,
You returned with something now one could replace,
And I returned to bless your soul,
I’m here at this time, in this place.
