Did we know what we said, when we didn’t,
Did we know what we did, when we didn’t,
Did life play it’s full role, when we didn’t,
Did our smiles only hide our frowns, when we didn’t,
Did we make promises, when really we didn’t,
So we look to the open future,
Open our eyes up to something new and pure,
To a time when separately we DID.
